a) That I understand that I am the nominee of Late ………………………………… as per his declaration to the HR department of Banglalink;
b) That upon the payment of Tk. ………………………………… through Cheque No…………………………..by Banglalink to me, Banglalink shall be fully and forever released and discharged from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, which we may have or claim to have against Banglalink arising out of or in any way related to Late ……………………………
c) That any and all further claims or demands for money or any other form of compensation related to Late………………………………………… must be directed exclusively to us, and Banglalink shall have no further liability or obligation in respect of any such claims or demands.
d) That I hereby waive any right to pursue any further claims or legal action against Banglalink in the Court of Law or other forums related to this matter.
e) That I shall keep and hold Banglalink fully indemnified and harmless against all actions proceedings, liability, claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses in relation to or arising out of or in connection with the action(s) taken at our request and to pay you on demand all payments, losses, costs interest payable thereunder and expenses suffered or incurred by you in consequence thereof and arising thereout; and
f) That upon request made by Banglalink at any time, we shall refund the equivalent amount paid by Banglalink thereof;
Notwithstanding anything stated in any other clause of this letter of Indemnity, this indemnity and undertaking shall be irrevocable and shall be binding on me and my/our heirs, legal representative and assigns until Banglalink release the Indemnity.
